CD Release Party!
Thanks everyone for coming out to the Budos show on Saturday night and selling that out! We haven't seen that many people down there in years. We could definitely hear y'all out there screaming.
Next up is our record release show Saturday, June 4, at Johnny D's. Let's pack it in there too. We'll have our good friend Johnny Babylon spinning the rootsy-est of Jamaican sounds, some special guests, a new video montage, and some special covers to keep it fresh. This will of course be after we play our new record, First Signs of Danger, in its entirety.
Make sure to sign up for our mailing list (on our new homepage) to get your free preview mp3s from the record...

Macro Weekends
Thanks to Providence and the Spot Underground for another great show on Jan 29th. It was just over a week ago that we rocked that joint, but it feels like yesterday.
IN OTHER NEWS:
I cannot wait for this show.
It's the 2nd of two shows in VT the weekend of February 18th and 19th, the first of which being at The Slidebrook Lodge, near Mad River Glen, a personal favorite February destination for me.
Friday night show at The Slidebrook, Saturday at Nectar's with the McLovins, Sunday on the slopes... killer.
Stay tuned for updates about our upcoming release, First Signs of Danger...

Macrotones UNITE
Hey ya'll, Nate S here.
The release of our second album, "First Signs of Danger," is coming ever closer. Keep an ear out for sneak peeks at a few tracks to be posted very soon, and send 'em to your friends. And enemies. As a warning.
In other news, we're playing some great shows this winter/spring. Jan 28th at Johnny D's with Sambalolo will be killer, and we are always psyched to play the Spot down in Providence. Feb 19th we finally have the chance to play at Nectar's in Burlington, VT with the McLovins, an up-and-coming jam band. After that we hit up Spike Hill in Brooklyn with our good friends Buru Style and MK Groove Trio, so if you're in NYC and you want funk, you know where to look.
We have lots of new material which hasn't been recorded yet at all, so if you come out to a show you're sure to here a tune that you haven't heard before.
That's it for now. Keep it real.
Nate S
